Sales Support  

  • Print and file sales contract, follow up internal sign off process. This includes spot and term contracts.

  • Dispatch documents to customer and related departments.

  • Keep good record of files and order details.

  • Contracts tracking and couriering.

  • Support monthly, weekly & other sales reports

  • To track sales performance regularly and provide analysis to sales leaders for optimization.

  • To develop reports regarding sales performance, including customer base monitoring, selling price related, etc.

  • To support other sales report when required

Administrative Support

  • Assist on business trip arrangement, expense reimbursement, etc.

  • Assist on meetings/events arrangement.

  • Assist on sales function payment and expense arrangement.

  • Assist on oversea colleague Visa application and invitation letter.

  • Other administrative support

  • Other assignment required by supervisor
