As a member of HR Operation & Project team, provide overall HR supports in the areas which include but not limited to HR daily operation, payroll, HRIS, benefits and other HR modules to realize the business growth targets and objectives.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle the payroll process in Shanghai with the guide from GC HR Operation & Project team, covering full-time employee & contractor.
  • Independently handle the employee life cycle process in Shanghai Plant & employee Pfile with the support from 3rd party vendor (pre- & on- boarding, contracting, orientation, exit, etc), covering full-time employee & contractor.
  • Support HRM to develop effective industry oriented/specified hiring processes and channels to build pipeline.
  • Maintain and update the employee information in HRIS for Shanghai Plant and ensure the data accuracy.
  • Support GC HR team for C&B program implementation in Shanghai Plant.
  • Support HRM to develop & implement Employee Engagement/ Communication events to ensure a harmonious working relationship in Shanghai Plant.
  • Support GC HR team to implement annual salary planning and incentive bonus program in Shanghai Plant.
  • Manage HR service vendor to ensure the high quality HR daily operation service for the company.
  • Support to implement global HRIS project and other country level operation projects in Shanghai Plant.
  • Any ad hoc work assigned by the superior & GC HR team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and 2-4 years HR working experience in multinational companies.
  • Strong in HR daily operation function, solid experience in daily C&B activities.
  • High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude.
  • Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment.
  • Well organized, strong process orientation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication English skills.
