1 Management and support of existing business to drive sales growth.

3 Create Sales Strategy for responsible accounts in accordance with team Growth Strategy and drive the growth of new market/segments.
4 Leverage internal/external resources independently to develop new project and new application.
5 Hold seminar/training to grow the profitable business and build up product pipeline.
6 Collect/feedback marketing information to direct manager timely. Update and maintain sales forecast, sales report.
7 Working closely and effectively with ADTS, Product Management, TDE, Customer Fulfilment team and other functions.
1 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Business Administrations or related fields.
2 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in commercial or marketing fields.
3 Technical background for High Performance Engineering Plastics
4 Proficiency with PC applications used in the position including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Internet Explorer.
5 Extensive market and product knowledge.
6 Demonstrated strong learning skill.
