Promote and sell the product within an assigned China geographic area or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
Maintain existing and develop new customers.
Provide appropriate products and satisfactory customer services.
Offer, negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions, and conclude sales orders.
Submit customer and or credit application documents for CMS approval process.
Follow up and coordinate on order processing shipment & delivery.
Handle Letter of Credit, BAD and other payment, or payment amendment with customers and related departments. Deposit & account balance monitoring.
Assess customer needs, collect customer feedback and handle complains.
Control and minimize outstanding payment, overdue orders and overdue cargos.
Identify, research, develop prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Response to more complex customer enquiries.
Prepare monthly and annually sales forecast and improve forecast accuracy.
Provide weekly and periodic reports for market, product, customer information to business and sales team.
Refer customer feedback, and market information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within China sales team or market intelligence team.
Lead for sales process optimization when required. Contribute to cross-functional projects actively to set up new process, biz model, etc.
Coordinate team members and manage assigned product sales in cross-regions inside China or throughout China.
